- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and assembly practices
- Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, and QMS software
- US background clearance for Stennis, Mississippi location

## Nice to have

- FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV experience
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
- Self-starter who can define and implement processes from scratch
