- Wire bonding experience (manual ball and wedge, and automatic)
- Hand-eye coordination for microscopic work
- ESD control familiarity
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years experience, OR Associate's degree with 0-2 years experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Quality Assurance inspection and evaluation
