## Summary

This role builds and leads the operations team for Intuit's unified Global Partner Program, managing partner onboarding, tiering, incentives, and systems integration across multiple partner types. It suits experienced operations leaders who have scaled functions from the ground up and can translate between business and technical teams while managing people and cross-functional complexity.

## Required

- 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Partner/Channel Operations
- 2+ years managing people or leading teams and cross-functional programs
- Proven experience building or scaling an operations function from scratch
- Comfort translating between business and technical teams on systems and automation scope
- Strong analytical and program-management discipline with ability to run multi-workstream operating cadence
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with tiered global partner ecosystems (VAR, reseller, ISV, developer programs)
- Familiarity with PRM platforms, incentive/compensation systems, and deal-desk/quoting tools
- Experience managing blended teams of FTEs and contractors
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription business
