- Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling
- Ability to translate strategy into concrete, scalable programs with measurable outcomes
- Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Data-driven evaluation of program performance

## Nice to have

- Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers)
- Background in AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems
- Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure
