## Required

- 2+ years experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement
- 4+ years technical program management
- Hands-on experience deploying or configuring generative AI productivity suites in corporate environments
- Experience integrating with LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems
- Strong software development fundamentals with Python and C++
- Ability to design with Model Context Protocol servers and connect AI systems to legacy databases and web APIs
- Experience building dashboard telemetry using APIs, SQL, Looker, or similar BI tools to track API usage and operational costs
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Successfully designed and implemented repeatable AI-enabled workflows that improve team efficiency
