## Required

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of Loads & Dynamics engineering experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience (team leader, manager, or program management role, or completion of Boeing Exploring Leadership course)

## Nice to have

- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience with requirements verification/validation and military qualification/airworthiness activities
- Budget and schedule development and administration
- Lab, ground, and flight testing experience
- Oversight of large or multi-skill technical teams
- Mentoring or technical lead engineer background
- Strong communication skills
