## Required

- 5+ years in customer-facing technical role at platform, infrastructure, or developer tools company
- Deep technical experience with platform products and ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar ones
- Fluency in build and deploy paths: CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, release mechanics
- Production-grade architectural reasoning on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Track record of building customer trust on technical products
- Experience operating strategic customer relationships: QBRs, roadmaps, workshops, renewals
- Strong written communication for executive and incident contexts
- Willingness to travel 4-8 times per year to customer offices

## Nice to have

- Prior production experience with Next.js and Vercel
- Prior TAM experience at hyperscaler, infrastructure platform, or developer-tools company
- Hands-on experience with AI agent development using Vercel AI SDK or similar frameworks
- Experience running annual technical roadmap workshops or Well-Architected Reviews
- Experience transitioning from delivery or support roles into customer-owning roles
- Direct experience as Solutions Architect, Support Engineer, or technical delivery lead at developer platform
