- Minimum 7 years underwriting Primary Casualty business
- Experience underwriting Loss Sensitive and Guaranteed Cost program structures
- Established relationships with brokers in Primary Casualty and Upper Middle Market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks in fast-paced environment
- Customer and sales-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate profitable new business
