## Required

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related STEM field
- 15+ years integration and test engineering experience for rocket propulsion systems
- Team leadership experience with engineers and technicians
- Hands-on Test Engineer and Test Conductor experience across R&D, qualification, and production acceptance campaigns
- Experience with controllable solids, solid and liquid DACS kill vehicle systems, and axial propulsion
- Test facility design, startup, certification, and checkout of high-pressure liquid and gas test stands
- Environmental test experience (thermal, shock, vibration, altitude) on energetic and inert hardware
- Test planning, procedure authorship, execution, and data analysis for rocket motor and DACS systems
- DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Ability to travel 15-20% for test events and customer reviews
- Meet physical requirements for working in test facility environment with energetic materials and high-pressure systems

## Nice to have

- MDA Assurance Provisions (MAP) and PMAP requirements experience
- Field test operations at government flight test ranges or outdoor test facilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management training
