- 8+ years of relevant security or systems engineering experience
- Programming experience in C/C++
- Linux kernel hardening with SELinux or AppArmor
- eBPF observability
- Experience securing large-scale Linux infrastructure
- Understanding of security risks and mitigation
- Incident response and breach handling experience
- Ability to communicate with technical and leadership audiences
- Compute and networking systems security architecture knowledge
- Experience securing AI systems with sandboxing and threat detection
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience

- Secure software development in Rust
- Modern authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.1, OIDC, Kerberos, FIDO2/WebAuthn)
- Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID administration
- Linux centralized identity management (FreeIPA/RHEL IdM/SSSD)

- Advanced vulnerability management (CVSS 4.0, SBOM)
