## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 8–15 years fabrication, R&D, or shop experience
- Safe operation of hand and power tools, miter saws, drill presses, and metal forming tools
- Knowledge of materials, fasteners, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret schematics and assembly drawings
- Work safely over uneven terrain, in confined spaces, or at height
- Problem-solve proactively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high quality
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Eligible for access to export-controlled technical data (ITAR/EAR screening may apply)

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, Rhino 3D, Mastercam, VCarve)
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems
- Track record in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
