- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English

## Nice to have

- Extensive HR systems or ERP implementation background
- Experience leading distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations
- Large-scale complex system transformation experience
- Workday Financials implementation leadership
- Workday PM/EM certification or other project management/agile credentials
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, German or other languages
