## Required

- 5-10+ years hardware manufacturing experience
- 3+ years customer-facing technical or solutions role
- Hands-on experience with complex manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, PLM)
- Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy or hardware-intensive industries
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Process design and analytical thinking
- Up to 30% travel
- U.S. citizenship or work authorization per ITAR requirements

## Nice to have

- B2B SaaS experience
- Proven track record building onboarding programs and adoption engines in manufacturing
- Ability to build dashboards, workflows, and templates
