- 10+ years DFx experience with multiple tapeouts
- Architected DFT solutions from scratch on at least one project
- Detailed understanding of test-coverage requirements on advanced process nodes
- Strong RTL coding and STA skills
- Experience with post-silicon debugging and test-escape resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent with advanced degree

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with multi-voltage and multi-clocking domain implementation
- Exposure to hierarchical DFT and streaming fabric approaches
- Working knowledge of physical design
