## Required

- 12+ years in program management, business operations, or related field
- 5+ years managing people, including managers
- Track record building programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them
- Cross-functional influence with stakeholders outside your reporting line
- Clear written and verbal communication for executives and process documentation
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and explain tradeoffs

## Nice to have

- Experience with commercial product launches
- Experience with billing and pricing operations
- Experience with marketplace or developer platform operations
- Partnership with engineering teams on process automation
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
