## Required

- Lead and develop a team of retail associates
- Meet individual and store sales KPIs
- Maintain open availability including weekends
- Work at least 2 Fridays and Sundays per month, 3 Saturdays per month, and 2 closing shifts per week
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and embody brand standards
