- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6-8 years of aerospace/defense/government contracting experience
- Current U.S. Security Clearance (Secret minimum)
- Federal and International regulations expertise
- DoD/Federal prime government contract administration experience
- Contract drafting and negotiation skills
- FAR/DFARS and US Government acquisition law knowledge
- Experience with firm fixed price, cost-type, commercial, production, development, and sustainment contracts
- Knowledge of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire confidence
- U.S. Citizenship required

- Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification
- Advanced degree
