- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills

- Minimum 16 hours per week availability
- Able to stand and walk an entire shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
