- 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate/G&A functions
- Experience in a fast-scaling, global tech company
- Ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a business partner
- Expertise in organizational design, performance management, and talent planning
- Expertise in employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
