- Demonstrated success managing platform, OEM, channel, or distribution partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and customer value
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities for evaluating partner performance and growth opportunities
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across multiple functions in a matrixed organization
- Experience driving cross-functional execution across complex partner ecosystems
- Excellent executive communication and ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear recommendations
- Minimum 3 days per week on-site attendance
