- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools

## Nice to have

- Direct experience managing implementation or services partner programs for mid-market ERP (Intuit Enterprise Suite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with vertical markets served: construction, manufacturing, professional services, field service, and their specific compliance and workflow requirements
