## Required

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
- Strong Linux command-line proficiency
- Git version control experience
- 5+ years customer support experience in cloud, storage, or networking
- Kubernetes or similar container orchestration experience
- Workload management tools experience (Slurm, Terraform)
- Monitoring tools experience (Grafana)
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of HPC technologies (Infiniband, RDMA, RoCE, SDN)
- Available for weekend shift (Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday schedule)

## Nice to have

- CKA, CKAD, CKS, or other cloud certifications
- Deep expertise in specific cloud platforms
- Automation and scripting experience
- Proven complex problem-solving abilities
- Mentorship and training experience
- Interest in sustainability
