## Required

- 7+ years in design and construction with strong VDC and BIM focus
- 7+ years hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Forma
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Advanced ability to navigate complex multi-discipline models in Navisworks and ACC
- Deep understanding of Level of Development definitions and BIM standards
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Background in complex large-scale or mission-critical facilities or high-tech infrastructure
- Familiarity with data center terminology and MEP systems coordination
- Experience with virtual reality or reality capture platforms like Cupix
- AI-driven construction technology tools
- Prior owner-side or general contractor VDC experience
