- 12+ years of technical program or project management experience
- 5+ years in people-leadership managing program managers
- Experience leading new product introduction or development programs in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or complex electromechanical products
- Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in a growing organization
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite audiences
- Deep knowledge of program management methodology and tools
- Cross-functional partnership experience with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience in robotics, humanoid robotics, or advanced automation
- Experience scaling hardware and integrated software products from pilot to volume manufacturing
- Familiarity with modern program management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
- MBA or technical master's degree
