- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 2–5 years production planning or fulfillment experience in manufacturing
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Hands-on ERP/MRP software experience
- Understanding of physical product flow through manufacturing

## Nice to have

- Direct experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing with knowledge of SQF, BRC, or FDA regulations
- 3PL or Contract Manufacturing experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical constraints affecting schedules
