- Project/program management and services delivery experience with track record of on-time, on-budget delivery for strategic customers
- Experience with PSA tools such as FinancialForce for reporting, forecasting, and tracking
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with ability to engage executives and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and change management abilities
- Strong presentation skills and understanding of professional services business metrics in SaaS
- Ability to manage escalations and navigate critical situations

## Nice to have

- Experience with Cloud Native development principles
- Subject matter expertise in services revenue processes
