## Required

- Previous experience building developer tools or infrastructure for engineering teams
- Expert evaluation of technical tradeoffs and infrastructure impact on developer productivity
- Proficiency with industry-standard AI tooling, build tooling, and containerization
- Demonstrated passion for empathetic developer and operator workflows
- Professional experience managing or developing within Kubernetes clusters
- Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or similar productivity-focused discipline
- Deep understanding of automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration
- Expertise in Go and advanced Git-based workflows
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

## Nice to have

- Active involvement in the open-source community or track record of staying current with developer productivity advancements
- Background solving complex multi-layered technical problems and automating the solutions
