- Experience in production control, engineering, project management and maintenance best practices
- Leadership experience building and managing teams
- Knowledge of ERP, WES, WMS, WCS systems
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Experience with MRP software package

## Nice to have

- Experience in apparel and/or footwear industries
- Direct distribution center experience in apparel or footwear
- Experience with SAP, DIQ, or Manhattan
- Experience managing 3PL operations and cross-border logistics
- Knowledge of WMS and data visualization systems like Tableau
