- Proven track record designing and scaling sourcing governance and playbooks
- Expertise in contract negotiation and coaching on commercial terms
- Portfolio risk management and category segmentation skills

## Nice to have

- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience scaling sourcing teams in high-tech infrastructure, power systems, data centers, or modular manufacturing
- Hands-on ERP experience with Acumatica or similar systems
