- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex treasury risk to senior management, audit leadership, and regulators
- Demonstrated ability leading complex audits, reviews, risk assessments, or independent challenge activities
- CPA, CIA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related field
