- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings and tech packs
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Can generate a broad range of design concepts and solutions
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with design teammates
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Passion for learning about basketball and athletes
