## Required

- 6 months industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and operate lifts
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Willingness to furnish own tools
- Physical ability to work in extreme temperatures from -25°F to over 100°F

## Nice to have

- Basic computer skills for CMMS
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills including percentages, fractions, and measurements
