## Required

- 6+ years in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager
- 4+ years in formal leadership, ideally managing managers or multiple teams
- Demonstrated success hiring and scaling customer-facing technical teams in fast-moving environments
- Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agent development, and deployment at scale
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
- Track record engaging senior technical stakeholders and influencing technical architecture
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains
- High-cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences

## Nice to have

- Background at a hyperscaler, foundation model lab, or large ISV in strategic-accounts or alliances role
