- Understanding of data privacy, consent, and regulatory considerations for customer technologies
- Ability to influence senior leaders across technology, marketing, and business in a matrixed environment
- Experience operating within federated architecture and data governance models
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Business Administration with technology focus

- Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign management, and personalization ecosystems
