## Required

- Master's degree with 12+ years recruiting experience including people leadership at scale, or Bachelor's degree with 14+ years recruiting experience including people leadership at scale
- Executive recruiting experience
- People leadership experience at scale
- Strategic executive recruiting capability development

## Nice to have

- 8+ years managing multifunction and multilocation talent acquisition in matrixed organization
- Previous biopharmaceutical industry experience
- 5+ years executive recruiting in life sciences with demonstrated results
- Leadership of executive recruiting at global company at scale
- Strong business partnering skills
- Learning agility and emotional intelligence
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition in life sciences, healthcare, biotech
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity recruitment with results
- Experience with highly dispersed employee populations of 15,000+
- Strong business acumen translating objectives to talent acquisition priorities
- Ability to work with and influence senior executives and HR leaders
