## Required

- 7+ years in technical partner-facing or customer-facing role (Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer)
- Track record partnering with systems integrators, cloud providers, or technology partners on complex solutions
- Experience building enablement programs (certifications, workshops, delivery playbooks)
- Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Strong Python skills
- Working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure cloud services
- Ability to design integrations, sample repositories, or reference architectures
- Presentation and technical communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Former founder or technical leader background
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on prompts and agent behavior
- Familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems
