## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- 10+ years in Supplier Industrialization, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5+ years directly managing an engineering team
- Expert knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems
- Mastery of APQP, PPAP, FAIRs, PFMEA, and Control Plans
- Ability to build and deploy processes across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work week

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Engineering
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of high-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
- Proficiency with PLM, ERP, MES systems and data analysis
