## Required

- Clean and sanitize dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils
- Properly store and sort dishware to prevent loss or breakage
- Operate equipment safely and use chemicals correctly
- Maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Handle trash and maintain trash cans
- Stand and walk 100% of shift
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
