- 12+ years of progressive HR experience including senior HRBP partnership
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, high-growth organizations
- Demonstrated success leading organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate business challenges into organizational solutions
- Proven ability to influence executive leaders through credibility and clear point of view
- Experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and organizational change
- Ability to anticipate organizational issues and proactively solve problems
- Strong executive presence and confidence to coach leaders and challenge assumptions
- Builder's mindset with track record of creating scalable approaches
- Ability to move between long-term strategy and hands-on execution in fast-paced environment
