- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro knowledge
- Hands-on Iconik or similar MAM platform administration
- Understanding of complete post-production pipelines from ingest to archive
- Experience documenting workflows and training end users
- Ability to work nights and weekends as production demands

## Nice to have

- AWS or hybrid cloud production knowledge
- Experience with emerging production technologies and AI-enabled tools
- Background in fast-paced news, sports, documentary or digital content production
