- Deep experience in oncology or related therapeutic areas
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate data insights into enterprise decisions

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD) in biology, medicine, data science, computer science, or clinical research
- Direct experience building forecasting models, dashboards, and site feasibility tools
- Experience with clinical supply planning integration
