- Full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting security, infrastructure, or technical engineering organizations
- Ability to have substantive technical conversations about security domains and evaluate technical qualifications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers on intake, bar calibration, and interview design
- Sound independent judgment on candidate quality and ability to partner with multiple hiring managers

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting at high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning companies
- Knowledge of the security credential landscape and judgment about signal value
- Experience hiring for engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, insider risk, or physical security
