## Required

- 6+ years of Technical Program Manager experience including group or organizational level work
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to design and scale execution frameworks for ambiguous, high-risk programs
- Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture
- Track record of translating strategic vision into multi-team roadmaps
- Experience mentoring or developing other TPMs
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

## Nice to have

- Background in highly technical, fast-paced product or platform environment
- Healthtech experience
