## Required

- 6+ years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, digital media, or platform partnerships
- Hands-on understanding of OpenRTB, DSP/SSP workflows, and programmatic supply chains
- Strong knowledge of CTV ecosystem and omni-channel supply
- Demonstrated analytical ability with KPI interpretation and data manipulation
- Experience managing partner performance through revenue, spend, and operational metrics
- Ability to lead cross-functional work across Product, Revenue, Technical Solutions, and other teams
- Experience leading commercial conversations and contract negotiations
- Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and ad quality standards (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA, MRC, TAG, IVT)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
