- 5+ years in channel marketing, marketing, program management or related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing programs end-to-end
- Strong project and program management skills managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Business and financial acumen including budget and cost management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth or global manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting dealer, distributor, franchise or indirect sales channels
- Salesforce, CRM platforms, business intelligence or marketing platform experience
