## Required

- BS or MS in engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years in the memory industry
- DRAM technical expertise and ability to interpret AC/DC datasheet parameters
- Memory quality and reliability background
- Knowledge of memory quality systems and failure theories
- Familiarity with physical failure analysis techniques
- Memory quality management and problem-solving tools experience
- Data analytics tools proficiency
- Memory quality specification experience for automotive and data center environments
- Complex task execution with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication

## Nice to have

- Deep background in memory vendor quality improvements
- Extensive hands-on experience in HBM and LPDDR quality and failure analysis
- Direct experience in HBM3E, HBM4, and LPDDR5 technology development and test optimization
