## Required

- 5–7 years in customer experience strategy, service delivery operations, program management, or related fields
- Direct experience in tax, financial services, or multi-segment consumer services
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple business lines or customer segments simultaneously
- Deep commitment to understanding expert and customer needs
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
- Translates multi-BL business strategy into well-defined programmatic standards
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence without authority across stakeholders
- Track record of managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced, seasonal environment

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with expert or advisor workforce models, delivery model design, or multi-BL coordination
- Relevant formal education, certifications, or professional development in tax, financial services, or business strategy
