- 10+ years progressive warehouse and fulfillment leadership
- 3+ years managing multi-site operations
- Industry credential in warehouse operations, supply chain management, Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS
- Multi-site operational fluency across varying maturity levels
- Deep understanding of CPO as a planning equation
- Structured improvement cycle experience (time studies, batch logic, cognitive load analysis)
- Demonstrated track record developing managers and building accountability across sites
- Strong data integrity and scorecard discipline
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and labor management systems
- Regular domestic travel to fulfillment sites
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
