## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading accounting teams and owning complex monthly/quarterly close
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Experience with general accounting areas: accruals, operating expenses, payroll, leases, fixed assets, intercompany, balance sheet accounting
- High standard for reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX requirements in public company environment
- Demonstrated process improvement and team capability building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment, organization, and follow-through

## Nice to have

- CPA certification
- Public accounting and public company industry experience
- Experience with subscription, digital consumer, healthcare, clinical, or marketplace environments
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, Looker, or FCCS
