## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline plus 7 years of process or manufacturing engineering experience, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus 5 years of experience, OR 11 years of hands-on process and manufacturing engineering without a degree
- Led process development and scale-up from early feasibility through production qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Implemented Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies with measurable results
- Applied structured root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to manufacturing problems
- Analyze process data to drive engineering decisions and support continuous improvement
- Self-starter capable of solving complex problems independently and in team settings in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and ability to work in rigorous regulatory environments
- Valid explosives license eligibility and drug screening compliance
- U.S. citizen or authorized for ITAR compliance

## Nice to have

- Experience with energetic materials, solid rocket motor propellant chemistry, or hazardous manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) with automated production application
